Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how P・M・Z Switzerland ("P・M・Z", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through this website (performance-edge.p-m-z.ch) in connection with our activity as a market opener and value-added partner promoting bespoke performance and regeneration solutions to professional athletes and sports clubs.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP / nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").
1. Data Controller
P・M・Z (Switzerland), Zürich, Switzerland.
Contact: performance@p-m-z.ch
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Executive briefing requests: first name, last name, company, country, email address, phone (optional), and any comment you provide.
- Guide downloads: first name, email, and a verification token used to confirm your email address (double opt-in).
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, timestamps and pages viewed, processed via our hosting and analytics tooling.
- Email engagement: delivery, bounce, and unsubscribe events for the transactional emails we send you.
3. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Responding to briefing requests and qualifying you as a prospective partner — performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 31(2)(a) FADP).
- Sending the requested guide after email verification — your consent, withdrawable at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 6(6) FADP).
- Operating, securing and improving the website — legitimate interest in a stable and safe service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations under Swiss and, where applicable, EU law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Service Providers & International Transfers
We rely on carefully selected processors to operate this site and our outreach:
- Lovable (hosting and backend infrastructure, including database, authentication and email queue).
- Email delivery provider used by Lovable to send transactional emails from notify.p-m-z.ch.
Some processors may be located outside Switzerland or the EEA (notably the United States or other jurisdictions). In such cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — typically the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss FDPIC complement, or equivalent measures recognised under the FADP.
5. Retention
Briefing requests are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate and pursue the commercial relationship, and afterwards for the period required by Swiss statute of limitations. Guide-download records are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Email verification tokens expire after 30 minutes.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to receive your data in a portable format. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority; Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
To exercise your rights, contact performance@p-m-z.ch.
7. Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies required to operate the website and to maintain your session. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
